4 States Airport Conference
The 4 States Airport Conference is an organization comprised of all aviation interested groups in the 4 state central region of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska. Airports representing the 4 states, consultants, and other aviation related organizations that have joined together to keep apprised of aviation issues in the Central Region, as well as to cover education topics at the conference. It was felt by approaching these issues with a united front that more good could be accomplished within the 4 state region. This conference was previously coordinated by FAA Central Region. The 4 States are coordinating the conference this year, with classes being conducted by the FAA and other aviation professionals.

The 2024 Conference will be Wednesday – Friday, August 21-23, 2024. The golf tournament will be Wednesday, August 21 and the conference sessions are Thursday – Friday, August 22 & 23. Conference sessions are at the Kansas City Marriott Downtown. We look forward to seeing you all again at this year’s conference.

2024 Conference Attendee Registration
If registered and payment received prior to 7/21/2024 the cost is $325 per attendee, after that date registration will be $425 per attendee. On-site registration will be $465.
2024 Exhibitors
Booths are available for $685 with one exhibitor, each additional exhibitor is $315. Electricity is $95 per booth. After 7/21/2024 booth price increases to $850 with no electricity and $955 with electricity.
2024 Conference Speaking Opportunities
We are seeking specific topics that may be presented at the conference. If you have a subject you feel needs to be addressed please let us know. If you have a presentation that you think will benefit the attendees feel free to contact us. This conference is all about sharing valuable information.
