Exhibit Booth Information

Booth set up is normally after 1200–1700 on the first day of the conference. Tear down is after 1200 on the last day of the conference.

Booths are allocated on a first come first server basis.
All booths are carpeted 10’ x 10’.
Drapes – back wall 8’ high – two sides are 30” high
Exhibitor ID sign on the back wall.
Table 6’ x 30” covered and skirted.
Two chairs and one trash can.
Electricity is available at an extra cost.

All booths have equal access to the attendees. No one is in an out of the way traffic corner. Unless we get a request for a change, we will try to put you in the same location as you had previously, if available.

Important Parking Information
Parking is not included with your Conference Registration. Parking is $24 per night in the hotel parking lot (unlimited in and out for hotel registered guests), Valet Parking is $34 per night. Note: Marriott Onsite parking garage height clearance 6 feet, offsite garage 6 feet 6 inches.

Oversized valet is $40.00 per night. If you park at the Barney Allis Plaza Parking garage across the street from the Marriott the rate for that garage is $12 per day. Open surface parking lot behind hotel is $5 per day, There no in and out on the Barney Allis and open parking lot.

Cancellation
Registration cancellations received on or prior to July 23, 2024, are refundable less a $25 administrative fee.
No refunds will be made after July 23, 2024.
